Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Jobs in Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, North Carolina is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast, and its healthcare sector is expanding right alongside it. With major healthcare systems such as Atrium Health, Novant Health, and Carolinas HealthCare anchoring the region, the demand for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants has never been stronger. Whether you're drawn to the energy of a busy rehabilitation center, the consistency of a long-term care facility, or the personal fulfillment of home health work, Charlotte offers CNA professionals a dynamic landscape of career opportunities that reward compassion, skill, and commitment.

At Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS), we specialize in connecting qualified CNAs with the healthcare settings where they can truly make a difference. As a staffing and recruiting agency built on relationships — not just résumés — we take the time to understand your goals, your preferred schedule, and the type of environment where you thrive. From the sprawling medical campuses near Uptown Charlotte to community-based care facilities throughout Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas like Concord, Gastonia, and Mooresville, RHS has the local market knowledge and employer connections to match you with the right opportunity.

North Carolina's aging population and the continued expansion of post-acute and home-based care services make CNAs an essential pillar of the nursing and healthcare workforce. If you hold an active NC CNA certification and are ready to take the next step in your career — whether you're a recent graduate of a CNA training program or a seasoned aide looking for a fresh start — Reliant Healthcare Solutions is here to open doors. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ongoing support of a staffing team that genuinely invests in your professional success.
