- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or availability
4. Facility Client Obligations
- Provide accurate information about staffing needs, facility type, and requirements
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for placed staff
- Honor agreed-upon rates and payment terms
- Provide appropriate supervision and orientation to placed healthcare professionals
5. Limitation of Liability
Reliant Healthcare Solutions acts as a staffing intermediary. We perform credential verification and screening to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee the performance of placed healthcare professionals. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement or service in dispute.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary business information, candidate details, or facility information shared in connection with our services. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
