Full-Time CNA Opportunities Across Long-Term Care, Rehab & Home Health Settings in the Triad Region

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting in LTC, rehab, or home health settings
• Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment, including Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and residents, fostering dignity and trust throughout the care relationship
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration monitoring, ensuring dietary and nutritional needs are met according to individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment including bed changes, room sanitation, and equipment upkeep per facility protocols
• Document care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or written logs in compliance with North Carolina state regulations and facility policies
• Collaborate effectively with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized patient care goals
