Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has long been recognized as one of the most dynamic healthcare cities in the United States, home to world-class institutions such as UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), Allegheny Health Network, and a robust network of long-term care and rehabilitation facilities serving Western Pennsylvania's diverse communities. As the demand for compassionate, skilled Certified Nursing Assistants continues to grow across the Pittsburgh metro area — from the South Hills and North Shore to the East End and surrounding boroughs — Reliant Healthcare Solutions is actively connecting talented CNAs with rewarding full-time opportunities that match their skills, schedule preferences, and career goals.
Whether you are an experienced CNA with years of hands-on nursing care under your belt or a recently certified professional ready to make your mark in healthcare, Pittsburgh's staffing landscape offers exceptional career pathways. The region's aging population and the continued expansion of long-term care campuses, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and home health agencies have created sustained demand for dedicated nursing assistants who can deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Reliant Healthcare Solutions partners with top-rated healthcare employers throughout Allegheny County and the surrounding region, giving our candidates access to opportunities that may not be publicly advertised elsewhere.
At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we believe that the right staffing match benefits everyone — patients receive better care, facilities operate more effectively, and CNAs build fulfilling, stable careers. Our recruiting team specializes exclusively in healthcare staffing, which means we understand the nuances of Pennsylvania CNA licensure, the expectations of Pittsburgh-area employers, and what it takes to thrive in settings ranging from skilled nursing and memory care units to in-home health environments. When you partner with RHS, you gain a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly to place you in a role where your skills are valued and your professional growth is supported.
