Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maryland licensed Physical Therapist to join a team of outpatient physical therapists in providing excellent healthcare at our facility located in Lanham, Maryland. This is a private, clinician-owned and operated practice. We offer a fun work environment with a reputation for providing quality care. The physical therapist in this position will be required to consult with patients to learn about their current conditions and assess their evaluations to develop proper treatment plans. You will also create personalized, fitness-oriented healthcare programs and administer physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve patients’ mobility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be abreast and up to date with the latest knowledge in treatment practices and techniques, as well as have the ability to manage various types of patients.

Job responsibilities include:

· Dedication to the highest quality of care, optimizing superior clinical outcomes.

· Establish and administer treatment based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance.

· Provide direct patient care, evaluate patients through functional capabilities, and identify limitations.

· Create programs with specific goals and restrictions based on the patients’ potential.

· Educate patients, document and record the patient’s status, and provide continuing updates on patient's condition.

· Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services.

Job Types: Full-time

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred but not required.

· Current Maryland PT License required.

· A must-have interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· 12 All-purpose PTO days per calendar year
