Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Jobs in Aurora, Illinois
Aurora, Illinois is the second-largest city in the state and sits at the heart of the Fox Valley region — a rapidly growing corridor with a diverse and expanding population that places significant demand on skilled healthcare professionals. From the established long-term care communities along the Route 59 corridor to the rehabilitation centers serving the greater Kane and DuPage County areas, Aurora's healthcare ecosystem is robust, community-focused, and in consistent need of compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants. Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is proud to connect talented CNAs with the facilities that need them most across this thriving Illinois city.
The long-term care and rehabilitation landscape in Aurora includes a range of respected providers serving seniors and patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, orthopedic procedures, and complex medical episodes. Facilities in and around Aurora draw patients from neighboring communities including Naperville, Oswego, and Batavia, increasing the volume and acuity of care delivered daily. As a CNA in this environment, you won't just be filling a staffing gap — you'll be a vital part of a care team that makes a measurable difference in residents' quality of life and rehabilitation outcomes. RHS works with these facilities to place dependable, skilled CNAs on a temporary basis, giving you the flexibility to work where and when it fits your life.
At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we understand that healthcare staffing is about more than filling shifts — it's about matching the right nursing professional with the right environment. Whether you're an experienced CNA looking to diversify your clinical exposure or someone just entering the field eager to build your nursing career, Aurora's LTC and rehab sector offers meaningful, hands-on experience in a city that values its healthcare workforce. Our staffing team is dedicated to supporting your professional journey with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the kind of personalized placement support that national staffing agencies rarely provide.
