Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in St. Louis, MO
St. Louis, Missouri is home to one of the Midwest's most dynamic and expansive healthcare ecosystems, anchored by world-class institutions like BJC HealthCare, SSM Health, Mercy Hospital St. Louis, and Ascension St. John's. With a thriving network of long-term care communities and rehabilitation centers spread across the Gateway City and its surrounding suburbs — including Clayton, Chesterfield, Florissant, and Belleville, IL — the demand for compassionate, skilled Certified Nursing Assistants has never been stronger. Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is proud to connect dedicated CNAs with top-tier facilities throughout this vibrant region.
As a leading healthcare staffing agency, Reliant Healthcare Solutions understands that nursing professionals in St. Louis want more than just a paycheck — they want flexibility, meaningful work, and a staffing partner who truly has their back. Our temporary CNA placements in LTC and rehab settings offer just that. Whether you're a seasoned CNA looking to diversify your experience across multiple care environments or a newer graduate ready to build your clinical confidence, RHS matches your skills and schedule preferences with facilities that align with your professional goals.
Missouri's long-term care and rehabilitation sector continues to grow in response to an aging population, with the St. Louis metro area seeing consistent expansion in skilled nursing facilities, post-acute rehab centers, and memory care communities. Staffing these facilities with qualified, caring CNAs is critical to maintaining the high standard of resident-centered care that St. Louis communities deserve. At RHS, we bridge the gap between exceptional healthcare talent and the facilities that need them most — making us a trusted name in Missouri healthcare staffing.
