CNA Jobs in Charlotte, NC | Reliant Healthcare Solutions
Charlotte, NC
Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Charlotte, NC
Charlotte, North Carolina is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast, and its healthcare sector is expanding right alongside it. From major health systems like Atrium Health and Novant Health to a robust network of long-term care communities, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers spread across Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas, the demand for compassionate, skilled Certified Nursing Assistants has never been stronger. Reliant Healthcare Solutions is proud to connect talented CNAs with meaningful temporary assignments throughout the greater Charlotte metro — including communities in Ballantyne, University City, Steele Creek, and beyond.
At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we understand that healthcare staffing is about more than filling a shift — it's about placing the right nursing professional in an environment where they can genuinely make a difference in patients' lives. Charlotte's long-term care and rehabilitation facilities serve some of the region's most vulnerable populations, including seniors recovering from surgery, stroke, or injury, as well as residents requiring ongoing personal and medical support. As a temporary CNA placed through RHS, you'll bring critical continuity of care to these settings while enjoying the flexibility that permanent positions often can't provide.
Whether you're a newly certified nursing assistant looking to build your clinical experience across multiple care settings, or a seasoned CNA professional who thrives on the variety and autonomy that temporary staffing offers, Reliant Healthcare Solutions has assignments designed to match your schedule, skills, and career goals. Our dedicated recruitment team specializes in healthcare staffing across North Carolina, and we work hard to ensure every candidate we place feels supported, fairly compensated, and set up for success from day one.
