Flexible Temporary CNA Opportunities in Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation Settings Across the Greensboro Area

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents and patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support within LTC and rehab settings
• Monitor and accurately document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse promptly
• Support rehabilitation patients with prescribed range-of-motion exercises and ambulation activities under the direction of nursing and therapy staff
• Respond to patient call lights and requests in a timely, compassionate manner, prioritizing dignity and comfort in all interactions
• Assist with safe patient transfers using proper body mechanics and facility-approved lifting equipment to prevent injury to both patients and staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment including resident rooms, common areas, and care station supplies
• Observe and report changes in patient behavior, skin integrity, appetite, or physical condition to the charge nurse or supervising RN
• Assist with meal preparation setup, feeding support, and hydration monitoring in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan
• Participate in handoff communications and shift change reporting, ensuring continuity of care and accurate information transfer between nursing staff
• Adhere to all facility infection control protocols, HIPAA regulations, and Reliant Healthcare Solutions' staffing compliance standards at every assigned location

Qualifications & Requirements for CNA Candidates in Greensboro, NC

• Active and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of North Carolina, in good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry
• Minimum of one completed clinical rotation or any level of hands-on CNA work experience; new graduates with verified clinical hours are encouraged to apply
