Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Houston, TX

Houston, Texas is one of the most dynamic healthcare markets in the United States, home to the world-renowned Texas Medical Center — the largest medical complex on the globe — along with major health systems such as Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, HCA Houston Healthcare, and UTHealth Houston. This thriving metropolitan landscape creates a constant, robust demand for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants across a wide spectrum of care environments, particularly in long-term care and rehabilitation settings where compassionate, hands-on patient support is essential every single day. Reliant Healthcare Solutions is proud to connect dedicated CNAs with the facilities and communities across Harris County and the surrounding Greater Houston area that need them most.

Long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout Houston depend on CNAs as the backbone of daily patient care. Whether you are supporting residents recovering from orthopedic surgeries, strokes, or complex medical events at a skilled nursing and rehab center in the Heights, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, or The Woodlands, your role is indispensable to patient outcomes and quality of life. As a temporary CNA placed by Reliant Healthcare Solutions, you gain the unique advantage of gaining diverse clinical experience across multiple Houston-area facilities while maintaining the scheduling flexibility that fits your life — a rare combination in today's healthcare staffing landscape.

At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we understand that Houston's nursing workforce is as diverse and resilient as the city itself. We actively recruit CNAs of all experience levels — whether you are a recent graduate of a Texas-approved nurse aide training program or a seasoned professional with years of LTC and rehab experience — because we believe every stage of a CNA's career brings value to our partner facilities and their patients. Our staffing and recruiting team works as your personal advocate, matching your skills, shift preferences, and career goals with the right opportunities across Houston's expansive healthcare network so you can focus on doing what you do best: delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
