Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas, Nevada is far more than a world-renowned entertainment destination — it is one of the fastest-growing healthcare markets in the American Southwest. With a metropolitan population now exceeding 2.2 million residents and a significant proportion of older adults choosing to retire in the Mojave's warm, sun-drenched climate, the demand for compassionate, skilled Certified Nursing Assistants in long-term care and rehabilitation settings has never been stronger. Facilities throughout the Las Vegas Valley — from Henderson and Summerlin to North Las Vegas and the urban core — are actively seeking dependable CNAs who can deliver patient-centered care in a community that is rapidly expanding its healthcare infrastructure.

Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) partners with a broad network of reputable long-term care communities and inpatient rehabilitation centers across Clark County and the greater Las Vegas region. Our staffing relationships span facilities affiliated with or neighboring major healthcare systems such as CommonSpirit Health's Dignity Health Nevada network, Valley Health System, and University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. Whether you are a seasoned CNA with years of skilled nursing experience or a newly certified professional eager to build your clinical portfolio, RHS has the temporary nursing assignments that fit your schedule, your goals, and your passion for elder and rehabilitative care in one of Nevada's most dynamic cities.

Temporary CNA staffing in Las Vegas offers a unique advantage: the flexibility to work across diverse care environments while maintaining the work-life balance that matters most to you. Nevada's healthcare sector is actively investing in expanded rehab wings, memory care units, and post-acute recovery centers to meet growing community needs. By joining the RHS talent network, you position yourself at the forefront of this growth — gaining hands-on experience, competitive pay, and the professional support of a dedicated healthcare staffing team that understands the Las Vegas market inside and out. Your skills are needed here, and we are ready to connect you with the right opportunity.
