Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix, Arizona is one of the fastest-growing healthcare markets in the country, and the demand for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants has never been stronger. With a booming senior population fueled by the Valley of the Sun's appeal as a retirement destination, long-term care and rehabilitation facilities across the Phoenix metro — from Scottsdale and Tempe to Mesa and Chandler — are actively seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to deliver hands-on resident care. Reliant Healthcare Solutions partners with top-rated LTC communities and rehab centers throughout Maricopa County to connect qualified nursing professionals with temporary staffing opportunities that offer both flexibility and meaningful work.
Arizona's healthcare landscape is anchored by major systems such as Banner Health, Dignity Health (now part of CommonSpirit), Honor Health, and Valleywise Health, alongside a dense network of skilled nursing facilities and post-acute rehabilitation centers that serve thousands of patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, and other complex conditions. CNAs in this market play an irreplaceable role on interdisciplinary care teams, providing the direct, day-to-day support that helps residents maintain dignity, comfort, and progress toward their rehabilitation goals. As a staffing partner deeply embedded in the Phoenix healthcare community, RHS understands what these facilities need — and what CNA professionals deserve.
Whether you are an experienced CNA looking to diversify your work environments or a newly certified nursing assistant ready to launch your healthcare career, Reliant Healthcare Solutions offers temporary assignments that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Phoenix's year-round sunshine and vibrant culture make it an exceptional place to build a nursing career, and our staffing team is here to make that journey as smooth as possible.
