Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant Jobs in Orlando, FL
Orlando, Florida is far more than a world-renowned tourism destination — it is one of the fastest-growing healthcare markets in the southeastern United States. With major health systems like Orlando Health, AdventHealth, and HCA Florida operating expansive networks of hospitals, long-term care facilities, and rehabilitation centers throughout the greater metro area, the demand for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants has never been stronger. Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is proud to connect dedicated CNA professionals with rewarding temporary staffing opportunities embedded within this thriving healthcare community.
Orange County and the surrounding I-4 corridor are home to a rapidly aging population, driving significant expansion in long-term care and rehabilitative services across communities like Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, and Winter Park. Florida's warm climate and robust retirement community infrastructure mean that CNAs working in Orlando's LTC and rehab settings encounter a rich, diverse patient population with complex and meaningful care needs. RHS partners with top-rated nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient rehabilitation centers throughout Central Florida to ensure our nursing professionals are placed in environments where their skills are valued and their contributions make a measurable difference.
Whether you are an experienced CNA looking to diversify your staffing portfolio or a newly certified professional eager to build hands-on clinical experience across multiple care settings, Reliant Healthcare Solutions offers the flexibility, support, and competitive compensation that Orlando's healthcare workforce deserves. Our dedicated staffing coordinators understand the Central Florida market intimately, and we are committed to matching the right candidate with the right facility — every time. If you are passionate about patient-centered care and ready to make an impact in one of Florida's most dynamic healthcare landscapes, RHS wants to hear from you.
