Job Description

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Jobs in Alexandria, Virginia

Alexandria, Virginia is one of the most dynamic healthcare communities in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region, offering Geriatric Nursing Assistants a rich and rewarding professional landscape. Home to respected care institutions such as Inova Alexandria Hospital, the Goodwin House communities, and a growing network of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities along the Route 1 corridor and King Street areas, Alexandria presents GNAs with diverse opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly and medically complex residents. Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is proud to connect compassionate nursing professionals with these local employers who share a commitment to dignified, high-quality elder care.

The demand for qualified GNAs in Alexandria's long-term care and home health sectors continues to grow steadily, driven by the region's aging population and Virginia's strong commitment to expanding community-based care programs. As a GNA placed through RHS, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings — from established skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities throughout Fairfax County and the City of Alexandria, to one-on-one home health assignments that allow you to build meaningful relationships with individual patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our staffing team has deep roots in the Virginia healthcare community and understands exactly what local employers need and what dedicated GNAs deserve.

At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we believe that great healthcare staffing starts with truly supporting the nursing professionals who power patient care every day. Whether you are an experienced GNA with years of hands-on geriatric care or a newly certified professional eager to grow your career in Alexandria's thriving healthcare sector, RHS has the full-time opportunities, competitive compensation, and ongoing support to help you thrive. We match your skills, schedule preferences, and career goals with facilities and home health agencies that align with your values — because when our GNAs succeed, patients across Alexandria and Northern Virginia receive better care.
