Job Description

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Jobs in Laurel, Maryland

Laurel, Maryland sits at a dynamic crossroads between two of the Mid-Atlantic's most robust healthcare corridors — the Baltimore metro to the northeast and the Washington, D.C. suburbs to the southwest. This prime location means GNAs working in Laurel have access to a rich network of long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies serving a rapidly growing and aging population in Prince George's County and Howard County. Facilities such as Laurel Regional Medical Center (now part of the University of Maryland Capital Region Health network), along with numerous skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout the area, create consistent, meaningful demand for credentialed Geriatric Nursing Assistants who are ready to make a difference every single day.

At Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS), we specialize in connecting dedicated GNA professionals with the healthcare settings where they can truly thrive. Whether you are passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on resident care in a long-term care environment or prefer the personalized, one-on-one nature of home health nursing support, our staffing team understands the unique demands of both settings in the Laurel, MD market. We work closely with local facilities and home health agencies to ensure our candidates are matched not just by credential, but by culture, schedule preference, and career goals — because the right fit benefits everyone, especially the patients you serve.

Maryland's GNA certification requirements are among the most thorough in the nation, reflecting the state's deep commitment to quality elder care. As a Maryland-certified GNA in Laurel, you are a cornerstone of the nursing care team, bridging the gap between clinical staff and the residents or clients who depend on attentive, skilled daily care. Reliant Healthcare Solutions is proud to champion GNA professionals across the full spectrum of healthcare — from full-time night shifts at skilled nursing facilities to daytime home health visits across the Laurel, Beltsville, and College Park communities. If you are ready to advance your nursing support career with a staffing partner that truly invests in you, RHS is your gateway to opportunity in Maryland.
