Job Description

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Jobs in Rockville, Maryland

Rockville, Maryland is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing communities in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and its healthcare landscape reflects that energy. Home to a dense network of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies, Rockville sits at the heart of Montgomery County's robust elder care infrastructure. Healthcare professionals here serve a diverse and aging population with access to resources from nearby systems such as Holy Cross Health, Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, and a wide range of community-based care organizations — making this one of the most rewarding places in Maryland to build a caregiving career.

Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is actively building its staffing network of qualified Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) in Rockville and surrounding Montgomery County communities. Whether your passion lies in providing consistent, relationship-centered care in a long-term care setting or delivering personalized support directly in a patient's home, RHS connects skilled GNAs with facilities and agencies that align with their values and scheduling needs. Our nursing and staffing teams work closely with candidates at every experience level — from newly state-certified GNAs to seasoned professionals ready for a new chapter.

Maryland's GNA certification requirements are among the most structured in the nation, reflecting the state's commitment to high-quality elder care. In Rockville specifically, demand for qualified GNAs continues to outpace supply across both residential and home health settings, creating excellent job stability and earning potential for certified professionals. At RHS, we believe that great patient outcomes start with empowered, well-supported healthcare workers — and our mission is to match talented GNAs with opportunities where they can truly thrive, grow, and make a lasting difference in their patients' lives.
