Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment using electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication adherence, wound care, and safe home practices
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter management, ostomy care, and post-surgical follow-up
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to supervising physicians and care coordinators
• Support rehabilitation goals by reinforcing therapy exercises and functional mobility strategies during nursing visits
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control standards, and all applicable state and federal nursing guidelines

Qualifications We're Looking For in Arlington-Area RNs
