Arlington, VA

Full-TimeFlexible, Weekends, Nights, Evenings, Days, Rotating ShiftHome Care, Nursing Home$18 – $26 / hr

Job Description

Arlington, VA is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing healthcare markets on the East Coast, and Reliant Healthcare Solutions (RHS) is actively placing passionate Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) into rewarding home health roles right in the heart of this community. Whether you're an experienced CNA or just launching your career in direct patient care, RHS connects you with home care and nursing home facilities that value your hands-on skills, your compassion, and your commitment to quality outcomes. This is more than a job — it's your opportunity to make a measurable difference in the lives of Arlington-area residents who depend on skilled, attentive care every single day.

At Reliant Healthcare Solutions, we believe that exceptional CNAs deserve an equally exceptional staffing partner. RHS is built on the principle that caregivers come first — meaning we prioritize your schedule flexibility, your professional growth, and your financial well-being. We work with a curated network of reputable home health agencies and long-term care facilities across Arlington, VA and the greater Northern Virginia corridor, ensuring you're placed in environments where your clinical contributions are recognized and your work culture is supportive. When you partner with RHS, you gain an advocate, not just an employer.

This full-time CNA position offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and rotating shifts — giving you the work-life balance that fits your lifestyle without sacrificing competitive pay. With compensation ranging from $18 to $26 per hour based on experience and assignment, RHS delivers earnings that reflect your true value in the field.
