Temporary RN Opportunities in Home Health, Rehab & Long-Term Care — Days, Evenings & Flexible Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients in home health, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings and develop individualized care plans accordingly
• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and treatments in compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing standards and facility-specific protocols
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, functional progress, and clinical status changes, escalating concerns to supervising physicians or care team leaders promptly
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and physicians to ensure holistic patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medication management, wound care, and post-discharge or long-term care planning
• Perform skilled nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter management, tracheostomy care, and enteral feeding as applicable to the assigned care setting
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation in accordance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and facility standards
