Part-Time Licensed Practical & Vocational Nursing Opportunities Across Baltimore's Top Healthcare Settings

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with Maryland Board of Nursing guidelines and facility protocols across LTC, home health, rehab, and clinic settings
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, health status changes, and responses to care interventions, escalating concerns promptly to the supervising RN or physician
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, tube feedings, and other skilled nursing procedures as ordered and within LPN/LVN scope of practice
• Provide direct patient care and personal hygiene assistance while maintaining patient dignity and comfort in long-term care and home health environments
• Educate patients and their family members on care plans, medication schedules, disease management strategies, and post-discharge instructions
• Accurately complete and maintain medical records, nursing notes, and required documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility standards
• Coordinate with home health aides, physical therapists, and other care team members to ensure seamless continuity of patient care across all settings
• Conduct patient intake assessments and triage support in clinic environments, gathering health histories and preparing patients for provider consultations
• Ensure infection control standards and safety protocols are observed at all times, including proper use of PPE and adherence to facility-specific procedures

Qualifications We're Looking For in Baltimore LPN/LVN Candidates

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing (or a Nurse Licensure Compact state license with Maryland privileges)
