Temporary RN Opportunities in Home Health, Rehab & Long-Term Care Across Columbia, Maryland

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients in home health, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings throughout the Columbia, MD area

• Perform skilled nursing visits in private residences across Howard County, adhering to home health plan-of-care orders and OASIS documentation requirements where applicable
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
• Identify and promptly report changes in patient condition, safety concerns, or care plan deviations to supervisors and the attending clinical team
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations including HIPAA, infection control standards, and documentation timelines

Qualifications We're Looking For in Columbia, MD RN Candidates

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland or a valid Compact Nursing License recognized in MD
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred for certain rehab and LTC assignments
